Outside the general service team office hours, Lawo operates a service hotline. Please note that from July 1, 2017, that outside general service team office hours, the Lawo Service will be available only for customers with a valid Service Level Agreement (SLA) - around the clock. If you have questions, please contact your sales partner. Until June 30, 2017, our service hotline (outside general service team office hours) is available at the following hours: on weekdays from 5pm to 10pm (CET) /// on weekends and bank holidays from 9am to 10pm (CET).
