Lawo AG will use the compiled access data without personal reference for purposes regarding the technical administration of the websites. The data provided by yourself we will use without your special agreement only for fulfilment and processing of your order. Your data are also forwarded to the commissioned shipping company so far it is necessary for shipping the articles. For the processing of payments we will forward your payment data to the commissioned bank. With completion of the contract and complete payment of the purchase price your data will be barred for further use and, after the course of storage periods according to fiscal and commercial law, will be deleted, as long as you not explicitly agreed to the further use of your data, e. g. for advertising for our own similar products or services as far as permitted by law. As long as data is used regarding customer management, product surveys and marketing purposes, this will be done only in the required extent. Collecting and forwarding of personal data to governmental organizations and authorities will be carried out only within the limits of mandatory national statutory regulations. Our employees, agencies, and retailers are obliged by us to respect confidentiality.

With the contact form Lawo needs to collect personal data for sending the requested information material to the correct address or to answer potential questions.
