Outside the general service team office hours, Lawo operates a service hotline. This hotline is restricted to emergencies only, i.e. serious technical difficulties which cannot be solved by customers themselves. If you signed a valid SLA with Lawo you may call our service hotline during the hours of operation indicated below. Please refer to your agreement to see if this service is already included in your SLA. Our regular customers as well as clients with an SLA which does not include the usage of our service hotline may also call us in case of serious technical problems, but will be charged € 200.00 per hour.
